At Dreamlux LED, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return process.

Returns:

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Free Return Shipping: We cover the cost of return shipping.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Items:
All items are eligible for returns; we do not have any "final sale" items.

Refunds:

The Refund amount will be credited to the account within 7-10 business days.
